Of South Australian origin - this Barossa Valley antique pine night table - would have originally had a large ceramic bowl and jug placed on it for morning and evening use. Made in the late 19thC it has fine square tapering legs with peg joint construction and a pretty gallery back that has been dovetailed. This lovely antique table could double as a desk or hall table. It is hard to find good early provinicial furniture in Australia, and even rarer with original paint finish in such an appealling and timeless colour.
