Small Items Postage
All homewares items are posted within Australia by calculating the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.
  • The prices for all postage/deliveries are to city centers - if you have a regional address there maybe an additional charge. We use Couriers Please, Australia Post, registered post only.  A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post.
  • Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.
  • Couriers Please/StarTrack is unable to deliver to PO Boxes - please address your order to a residential or business address. 
  • If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from Elements i love. Please contact mail@elements.net.au email so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
The Customer agrees that upon Elements i love providing the item to Australia Post/Couriers Please/Startrak :
  •  We  have completed our obligations to the customer
  • Risk of damage to an Elements i love product passes to the Customer;
  • Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit. 
Antiques & Architectural Shipping
Please note the Standard delivery charges do not apply to antique furniture, architectural items or large & bulkier items. For more information about getting your purchase safely home please find our recommendations below:
  • All antique pieces such as furniture, mirrors & architectural elements  require professional knowledge and experienced. We are able to request a shipping quote on behalf of our clients if required. This is a service, but this does not imply our liability for the shipment.
  • Once the goods have been quoted on and we have forwarded this quote to you, the customer - it is your responsibility to respond and engage the carrier. It is important that trustworthy and professional removalists are recommended to our clients who will ensure the safe transport of your purchases. We are happy to advise of reputable carriers. Please keep in mind we cannot be held liable or responsible for any items once they have left our showroom. 
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain insurance to protect your goods while they are in transit or storage. In the event that an item is damaged in transit any claims for damages must be made directly to the transporter or the transporter’s insurance company. In the event you receive an item that is damaged, we request photos before the carrier has left and show detailed pictures and keep all packing materials. This will assist in the event of a claim being made.
Elements i love shall not be held liable for refunds
due to damage during shipping. 
Collection At the Warehouse
  •  Please note the employees of Elements i love are not permitted to assist in the moving, lifting & loading of purchased 'heavy' antique items.
  • It is the customers sole responsibility to make arrangements with their own carriers or helpers when you choose to Click & Collect an 'heavy' antique item that would require 2 people to move it or if it is beyond the capacity of the customer on their own.
