19thC Napoleon Mannequin

This style of mannequin is also known as a Napoleon - in reference to Napoleon Bonaparte. Black fabric upholstery (faded) with red velvet V insert.  Showing wear & age and some charming black patches. On original ebonized turned tripod stand. A very decorative element and a rare find in this style. Paris, ca. 1890 (size 48).
