RETURNS & REFUND POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Elements i love... normally does not accept returns if the Customer simply changes their mind. Elements i love may in an individual instance refund the total price paid by the Customer less an administrative/restocking fee of no more than 20% (plus GST) if within 5 business days of the date of delivery, the Customer submits a request to Elements i love by email for a return of the product including the order number and the reasons as to why you wish to return it to. Please advise us in writing to this address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make contact within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Damaged items Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement. In the situation where the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, you may apply for a refund or exchange.

Provided Elements i love... is satisfied that an error was made in consignment of the item purchased or that a fault has occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, Elements i love will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Elements i love and for dispatching the replacement item to you.
When sending returned items to Elements i love... we advise you use registered post because Elements i love does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your application for refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange Elements i love reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt. In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
(To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to Elements i love... for exchange must be intact and in saleable condition.)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
