Architectural Screen

In the 30-plus years we've been dealing in architectural salvage, this commercial, full timber-slatted roller door is the only one of its kind we have encountered.  The Douglas fir timber slats and construction are 'in the manner' of Alva Alto screens, with the fine slats held together with internal steel wires allowing for flowing curves as displayed in the images (now on its side). Found with this worn, dusty pink and original grey paint, it has been sympathetically restored and would look amazing as a room divider or as a dramatic backdrop for a retail boutique/hotel or commercial space.  A rare and unusual find of architectural salvage.
