Please ensure that the terms and conditions for OFF SITE PROP HIRE are read and understood before confirming your order. Payment indicates that you read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

Our online selection will give you an idea of the diversity of stock from small to large. Feel free to email through a wish list and we will try and accommodate your requests. 

We encourage our clients to make an appointment to visit our showroom as our entire inventory is not online.  We recommend clients to come in 3-5 days prior to your shoot to select items.   There is 1-2-hour time allowance for selection of items for your photo shoot, film, or event.

Online Hire Pricing is generally set at 48 hours or Weekly a 5-day hire, Monday – Friday.
If you would like to return an item sooner than a week it is still the same price. 
If you need to have them longer or fail to return the products within the allocated time frame, that’s okay an extension fee of 20% per day will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the bond or charged to the credit card on file.

LONGER TERM HIRES FOR MOVIES AND FILM ARE POSSIBLE. GET IN TOUCH FOR MORE INFO.

All orders, correspondence and cancellations must be made via email – this helps to minimise any misunderstandings!

When you have confirmed your order, and we have received the HOLDING DEPOSIT we will pack your order and send you a message to let you know they are ready for collection.

CONDITION & CARE OF HIRED ITEMS
Our pieces are mostly antique and vintage and in good ‘second-hand condition’ – we like to keep things in the best possible condition. Large furniture items should not be dragged into situation. Tabletops should not have items placed and dragged or moved across the surface. Tabletops should be protected from liquids and hot items. Where possible a coaster or protective cloths should be used for liquids and hot items..
**None of our items are suitable to be left outside in damaging weather they are not waterproof.

PACKING + DELIVERY
We do not provide delivery however we can recommend local carriers if required.
All small items are prepared and protectively wrapped in-house prior to pick up.
We expect our items to return in the same packaging (if possible) and for them to be kept safe and damage free during the Hire Period.

FRAGILE OR DELICATE ITEMS

We ask that you take care when using red wine, chewing gum, or candle wax and cigarettes on ITEMS MARKED FRAGILE. Damage incurred may forfeit the Hirer’s bond payment.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards.  Payment must be received before your order leaves Elements I love.  No refunds are possible once items have left Elements I love. 

CANCELLED ORDERS + REFUNDS

Hire items that are confirmed and cancelled before pickup are subject to a 30% restocking and admin fee.  We are a small business and the time has already been spent arranging and processing your items.

*Occasionally items are damaged before a confirmed order is scheduled for pick up. In those rare occasions, we will make every effort to find a replacement or provide a refund for the paid rentals.

BROKEN + LOST ITEMS

The hirer agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to Elements I love.

Did you break something?  That's okay, we understand.  It happens.  Always return the item back to us (yes, even though it is broken).  Please notify us when it breaks by emailing us a photo as soon as it happens.  We will assess, notify you what the replacement or repair cost is, and send you an invoice as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen?  Yes, this happens, too.  You left it on location somewhere you'll never return…

Let us know immediately. This is the reason that we have a holding fee/security deposit for the full amount of each item.    Why?  The reason is because most of our items are either antique, vintage or one-of-a-kind and are not replaceable.

HOLDING FEES/SECURTIY DEPOSIT

Prior to collection of the goods we require a security deposit for the full amount of the items on loan. Elements I love accepts cash payments, bank transfer or a credit card payment.  This will cover any missing, destroyed, or damaged items, cleaning fees and/or overdue rentals that occur.  The customer is responsible for any damage to items.  Damages may be billed as either a repair, cleaning fee, or an amount for depreciation up to the full cost--if destroyed.
NB. If the SECURITY BOND received by Elements I love was via digital means the Hirer must allow a 5-7 business day turn around, taking into consideration bank transfer time frames.

PURCHASES

If you need to purchase an item for your project, just ask. We will consider selling inventory items on a piece-by-piece basis.
